. After giving you a chance to settle in and change into your bike attire we embark on a short warm-up loop along what is considered Europe’s most pristine section of the Rhein River. We stop at the 500yr old medieval wooden bridge that has always been a favorite local landmark as well as the river crossing from Switzerland into Germany. Along this route enjoy a rural jaunt past fields of sunflowers and wheat, then pedal to a spot where you can take your first dip in the crystal clear river before we return to town for a visit of the overlooking castle fortress. From there we watch the sunset and over a complimentary drink we discuss the coming days.

WHEN TO GO : The mild climate of Andalusia means that you can enjoy the trip at any time of year. Spring is, perhaps, the most recommendable time, although each season offers its specific advantages for this experience. The springtime brings pleasant temperatures in the daytime averaging 60F-66F (16C-19C) from May through June with possible daytime highs up to 75F (24C) and cool evening temperatures dropping after sunset by 15-20 degrees.

Soaring glaciated peaks, hanging valleys, thundering waterfalls, fields of wild flowers and quaint secluded villages are typical highlights throughout this easy biking tour. Keep in mind that alternate routes are available for the intermediate or avid cyclist.

The legendary passes you cross on this tour were once the preferred trail of bears. You'll cross over 5 of them during a continuous hike that explores the unusual beauty of the Swiss Alps. Hike from one valley to the next while spending the evening in 3-star village Inns. This route is designed for anyone able to walk up to 6 hrs/day on trails that may include steady 2 hour climbs. However, for those who wish to take it easier on any given day, we have designed alternative routes and shortcuts along the way so that we may divide and regroup.

Bike completely around the Lake and explores the most pristine parts of the Rhine River. It has it all, including Europe's largest waterfall, several castles visits, including Europe's most famous Neuschwanstein, and the Zeppelin museum. The biking is mainly on car-free paths and lodgings are in medieval centers and lake sides.

A great tour for every member of the family! You are treated to the full spectrum of high-Alpen beauty throughout this walking tour for travelers of all ages; soaring glaciated peaks, hanging valleys, thundering waterfalls, fields of wild flowers and quaint secluded villages.

Start with the spine-tingling views of the towering Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau peaks as your pass through deep green pastures lined by towering waterfalls. We then enter one of Switzerland's most secluded Valleys and walk to Europe’s largest glacier. From here transfer to renowned car-free Zermatt and enjoy easy trials that take in spectacular vistas that expand over this spectacular valley adorned by the Matterhorn and Breithorn peaks.

Originally designed by the once curator of a prominent Swiss museum the tour blends hiking with recreational cycling and a variety of tours and excursions. We visit all four linguistic regions of Switzerland within a magical array of settings. Keep in mind the bikes are always with us and we can alter any days route and will often offer you the choice of activity. 

. After giving you a chance to settle in and change into your bike attire we embark on a short warm-up loop along what is considered Europe’s most pristine section of the Rhein River. We stop at the 500yr old medieval wooden bridge that has always been a favorite local landmark as well as the river crossing from Switzerland into Germany. Along this route enjoy a rural jaunt past fields of sunflowers and wheat, then pedal to a spot where you can take your first dip in the crystal clear river before we return to town for a visit of the overlooking castle fortress. From there we watch the sunset and over a complimentary drink we discuss the coming days.

Our trip coincides with the Tour de Suisse , whereby we position ourselves to see as many as 6 stage starts or finishes as our day allows. While the pros criss-cross the country you enjoy long and challenging cycling that includes world class passes and when appropriate we intersect with the race itself.
