Reservations & Deposits
You must be at least 18 years of age, with the exceptions of teenagers accompanied by a responsible adult or custom family tours. To reserve space, a deposit of $400 per person for international tours and $250 per person for domestic tours is required. You can call, E-mail or fax us to reserve space and we will hold your reservation for seven days pending receipt of deposit. Payments may be made using check, MasterCard or Visa, with balances due 60 days prior to departure.

Single Supplement
Single travelers are usually charged a fee of 15% of tour cost unless otherwise stated in tour description. Single travellers are welcome and we certainly do not want to penalize anyone for traveling alone, yet our tours are designed and priced with the assumption of double occupancy of double rooms. To avoid charging a single Single supplement, we put our single clients in "single" rooms whenever possible, which may be smaller than the double rooms. However, if someone prefers to occupy a double room alone, then the single supplement fee is charged. In cases when a "single" room is not available, a supplemental fee may be charged to cover additional cost. Andiamo will be happy to match clients as roommates but cannot guarantee availability of a roommate. We will never surprise you with additional charges during a tour.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your tour before departure, the following fees shall apply at the time we receive your written cancellation notice. (See trip Insurance to protect against the unexpected):
More than 45 days before departure: $100
From 45 to 30 days before departure: $400
From 30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of tour price
Less than 21 days before departure: 100% of tour price

What's Included on your tour
All Hotel Accommodations: Double occupancy; single rooms are available in most locations at an additional cost.
Guides: As well as our 2 experienced guides, each tour may use local guides to enhance your tour experience.
Meals: Usually all dinners, but one from a full menu, all breakfast and one gourmet picnic lunch on shceduled tours--see specific tour for exact details.
Entrance Fees to all Tours & Special Events scheduled in the tour itinerary
Extensive Route Notes & Maps
Bicycle Support Vehicle and any Inner-trip transfers
Bicycle Gear: Quality 27-gear bicycles will be available & helmets (if requested), handlebar bags, water bottles & emergency tire repair kits-ALL included in the tour price.

What's not Included
Airfare is not included in the price of the tour, nor is travel insurance of any type.
Typically any beverages or as stated in itinerary.
Additional expenses arising from delay or extension of transportation or other causes beyond our reasonable control during the conducting of a tour.

Pre & Post Tour
We highly recommend that you arrive at least two days prior to your tour date in order to acclimate to any time differences, thus being prepared to fully enjoy your tour. For your convenience, we are able to make reservations at recommended hotels in major cities before or after your tour. When making your tour reservations, please inquire about hotel selections.

Arrivals and Departures
Upon sign-up, guests will receive detailed information about where and when their tour convenes and how to arrange transportation to the meeting point. Tours begin and end at a designated time and place, usually a train station or a hotel lobby. One of us will meet you and in the case of late arrivals you will be responsible for transportation to the designated beginning hotel.

Waiting Lists
We will maintain a waiting list to fill any vacancies arising from cancellations, however, we highly recommend early reservations as our tours are designed for a limited number of people and can fill up quickly.

Late Booking Fee
A $50.00 late fee will apply if booking within 14 days of departure.

Changing of Tour or Departure Date
If you decide to change either your tour or departure date after your initial reservation, the same transfer fees as outlined under "Cancellations and refunds" shall apply. Andiamo Adventours also reserves the right to alter the itinerary. Tour reservations are made far in advance and during some tours weather may mandate changes.

Tour Cancellation by Andiamo
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to acts of nature and/or any other occurrence out of our control. We must reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason. In such cases, Andiamo is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a client in relation to a canceled tour (i.e., purchase of non refundable airline tickets, visa fees, equipment or additional lodging). We will notify you at least 30 days before departure and full refund of the tour price will constitute full settlement to our clients in the case of inadequate group size to cancel a tour.

Refunds for Services Not Used
Our tours are sold as a package. Credit cannot be given for services not used by a client. This includes accommodations, meals, or any other arrangements not used or performed for any reason, including acts of God.

Trip Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. We are not able to vary from our stated refund policy regardless of your situation. Trip cancellation insurance will protect all deposits and payments for land and air costs if you are required to cancel your tour due to personal or family illness. We will mail you the necessary forms for purchase of this insurance.

Medical Insurance
We recommend all clients carry medical and personal insurance to cover hospital and other medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belongings. If you are involved in our Swiss Alp trek, Central Switzerland or Grindelwald mountain bike tours then emergency evacuation insurance may be required.

Responsibility
As a client, you have specific responsibilities to Andiamo and to other tour members, which include:
International travel requires a passport, which you must bring with you. Guest from outside the USA must contact the nearest consulate for visa requirements for the country they wish to tour.
Selecting a tour appropriate to your interests and abilities and being in sufficient health to partake in the trip activities.
Bringing appropriate clothing as recommended.
Preparing for your tour by reading and understanding pre-tour information provided.
Acting in an appropriate and respectful manner in accordance with customs and laws of countries and regions visited.

Health
By sending us the deposit, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other travelers. Andiamo Adventours reserves the right to decline accepting or retaining any traveler whose health or actions impede the operation of the trip or the welfare or enjoyment of fellow travelers. Your information package will cover basic requirements, but we recommend that you consult your doctor prior to departure.

Andiamo Adventours reserves the right to
Accept, retain or decline any tour member at any time and for any reason. In such a case, a refund equal to the actual cost of the unused services is the limit of Andiamo Adventours responsibility. Furthermore, payment of your deposit represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Andiamo Adventours its employees and agents, give notice that all services and arrangements for transportation, accommodations and all other services and arrangements related to this tour have been made by Andiamo Adventours only as an agent upon the express condition that Andiamo shall not be liable and does not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience resulting from any act of omission, commission or inadvertence of any hotel, carrier, restaurant or other company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour or caused by weather, sickness, strikes, quarantines or the willful or negligent acts of any other tour members or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of Andiamo. The right is reserved to alter the tour itinerary or hotel arrangements as needed to improve the quality of the trip or to accommodate the comfort and well being of the guest. Andiamo is not responsible for any expenses (e.g., meals, transport or hotel cost) that are not specified in the tour cost, but may be needed for a guest to get to or from a tour start or end. Andiamo reserves the right to take photographs or film records for any of its trips for possible promotional or commercial us.

Statement of Risks
The risks and dangers inherent in bicycle, walking and hiking touring, climbing, kayaking, skiing, swimming, ballooning, flying, and sailing include, but are not limited to: vehicle traffic, weather conditions, illness or accident caused by stress, fatigue or consumption of alcoholic beverages, secondary transportation by airplane, helicopter, bus, car, van, taxi, boat or other conveyance. Andiamo Adventours is not liable for any bodily injury or property damage or loss arising out of (but not limited to) these risks and dangers.
