EigerZermatt

Days 1-2: Car-Free Wengen & Lofty Peaks
From our chalet we embark on walks that meet the big trio: the Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau (punctuated by that snowy pyramid, the Silberhorn), that loom over this most picturesque glacial valley hamlet. One last hike along the Eiger trail, need we say more.

Days 3-4: Ancient Village and Aletsch Glacier
A short transfer takes us to an magical valley that features a hike into another UESCO site- Lake Oeschinen. We then put the van on the train and leave civilization through the mountain and into the mysterious secluded Loetschen Valley situated at the base of Europe’s largest glacier. Walk into a traditional stilted village rife with superstition and legends thusly adorned by grotesque masks then up to the foot of the Lange Glacier.

Days 5-7: The Mightiest of European Alps
Our panoramic walks high above Zermatt into Switzerland’s most isolated valley is surrounded by glaciers, waterfalls and canyons. Enjoy the magical views of the Matterhorn in another car-free village as we embark on daily breathtaking walks suited to your pace and distance .
