Dolomite Hiking - Trip Overview
"Spires to the Sky"

Within the Italian Alps and situated in a protected national park system is the heart of the Dolomites, a region rich in ancient culture and tradition. Enjoy a wise variety of guided walks/hikes through this vast network of trails where you discover an unusual geological beauty that is unique from all other ranges that comprise the Alps. Within these 14 distinct massifs in the Dolomite range we lead you along the trials that best allow you to witness and enjoy its many bizarre vertical peaks--steeples, pinnacles and towers of white rock soaring from the base of the highest, most brilliant green pastureland in Europe.

Dolomite Lunch hour Days 1-2: Europe’s Highest Pastureland
Our trail exposes a vast expanse of the Alps stretching from Austria and Switzerland. Then the high plateau, Seiseralm, echoes the allure of the Dolomites. Fairytale landscapes often described as towers, curtains and walls are soon revealed.

Days 3-4: Central Seiseralm to Ladin Culture
Explore the Val Gardena and the ancient Ladin culture rife in countless legends and evidenced in its traditional wood carvings. As the Sella Group massifs are fully revealed, grazing herds of sheep and goats share a trail abundant in wild flowers such as the illusive edelweiss. Then in all its glory, a panoramic trail leads us by the massive Marmoldada Glacier.

Days 5-7: High Passes, Cinque Torre & Cortina
Surrounded by four major tofane peaks, our route follows the long Travenanze Valley. Then breathtaking views typify the Croda da Lago Loop, our route to the WWI front Col di Lana and the climbing Mecca, Tre Torre (maybe the most famous peaks in the Dolomite range).
